One of the great strengths of the ENACTEST consortium is the active participation of the project partners in international communities, and contributing to the organization of different software testing events around the world. Such activities help greatly to further promote and disseminate the results and achievements of the project to the scientific community, and also establish new collaborations with the other experts in the field beyond the project. Moreover, this is essential for our work in ENACTEST towards bridging the knowledge and expertise gap between industry and academia, and to facilitate the transfer of latest scientific achievements to the industry.
Towards this goal, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, which is a partner in ENACTEST, is involved in the organization of the two following international events:
- 5th ACM/IEEE International Conference on Automation of Software Test (AST 2024): AST continues with a long record of international scientific forums on methods and solutions to automate software testing. AST 2024 is the 5th edition of a conference that was formerly organized as workshops since 2006. It is co-located with ICSE 2024 conference in Lisbon, Portugal. The conference promotes high quality research contributions on methods for software test automation, and original case studies reporting practices in this field.

- 8th International Workshop on Testing Extra-Functional Properties and Quality Characteristics of Software Systems (ITEQS 2024): ITEQS provides a focused forum with the goal of bringing together researchers and practitioners to share ideas, identify challenges, propose solutions and techniques, and in general expand the state of the art in testing EFPs and quality characteristics of software systems and services. ITEQS 2024 is co-located with the 17th IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification and Validation (ICST 2024) in Toronto, Canada. The workshop endorses contributions in a wide range of topics related to testing of EFPs.
